The EU-Chile Interim Trade Agreement (ITA) entered into force on 1st February 2025, replacing the previous EU-Chile Association Agreement and offering a simpler approach to establishing preferential origin. Full details and instructions are available via the below:

eCustoms Helpdesk Notification 03/2025 – AES Change of end date of Transitional Rules

The AES Transitional Period (TP) has been extended until 14th December 2025. The business and technical transitional rules (BRTs and TRTs) for AES will remain applicable until 14th December 2025 to ensure the operational continuity of the export process throughout Europe.
